'December The Washington Jewish Film Festival, presented by the Morris Cafritz Center for the Arts, is committed to reclaiming the distinctive urban voice and social vision that are part of our Jewish cultural legacy, addressing moral questions and concerns of the DC community. Now in our second decade, we are one of the largest Jewish film festivals in the world. The Washington Jewish Film Festival is a celebration of Jewish culture, films and filmmakers, as well as the richness of the Jewish experience. The films bring audiences a potpourri of drama, archival footage, new views, documentaries and student work, depicting the rich and exuberant moments of Jewish life from around the world. The WJFF prides itself on the diversity of its programming, screening films from many countries and exploring numerous themes.
