' Walker's Point Youth and Family Center We are a private, non-profit corporation which has been providing help to runaway, homeless, troubled youth and their families since 1976. We offer shelter, counseling, educational and other services to help young people resolve their problems and strengthen family relationships. All services of Walker's Point Youth and Family Center are free. Counseling is confidential. The center serves the entire Milwaukee Metropolitan Area, with a special interest in meeting the diverse multi-cultural needs of the south side, including an emphasis on the Hispanic community. From the beginning we have offered crisis intervention, a safe haven for young people and their families to sort out problems, as well as a place for teens to stay while they begin to sort out their lives.
