(Please try our site and send feedback!) I've recently become well known as the founder of consumer movement, with the goal to change the face of customer service in the US. I'm also the founder of , a mailing list of top CTOs from Boston. My favorite charity is ; they are a small group who is changing world health by finding innovative and dramatically effective ways to offer preferential health care to the poor. Growing up, I went to Boston Latin high school and then to UMASS Boston. (Ok, I hope I'm not done growing up yet.) I've only ever lived in Boston, but I also like to travel.
