'I'm Cat ... and this is my food(site). As a pastry chef, restaurant consultant and cooking instructor, I draw inspiration from my many years of experience in the film and graphic design worlds to create recipes that not only indulge my love of all things food, but my love of art and design as well. My breads and pastries have been enjoyed in a number of high profile establishments in the NYC metro area and on Nantucket Island, MA. As a professional who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge & love of food with anyone I can spout off to!
