' Store Hours Mon - Sat 9:30 - 6 closed Sunday ABOUT US - OUR HISTORY Frontier Saloon run by Uncle Jess Wort Boyer's Indian Arts and Crafts was founded in 1962 by Dick and Skippy Boyer. The store started out as a combined fishing tackle and Indian jewelry store, located in the Old Frontier Saloon, with the name Rod and Reel Shop. Then in 1972 the store turned into a full Southwest and region Indian Store. Skippy Boyer is the daughter of John Wort who built the historic Wort Hotel, located directly across the street from Boyer's. Her third generation Jackson born son John Boyer runs the store and continues their reputation of excellence.
