About Us Bill Bowden, Owner/Mortgage Consultant I was born and raised in Vancouver, B.C. My wife and I met in Sr. High and have been happily married for over 37 years. Our son, daughter, and son-in-law, reside in Calgary. We'll be first- time grandparents this summer!
