' About Us... Packaging and Postage - There is a set pp charge of £3.75 per parcel. However, some items require extra pp (see table below) Overseas orders are charged at cost please feel free to to discuss your requirements. £3.75 Bones Beds, Snuggle Balls, Oval Plastic Beds, Pet Loungers, Cat Cosies, Terrier Tunnels, Nest Bean Beds, Whippet Warmers £6.50 (this cost covers pp for additional items purchased with any of these beds) Delivery - Most of our packages go out within a week of receiving your order. Due to external factors this is not always possible but we guarantee despatch within 28 days (subject to product availability). However, if you have an urgent delivery date, please telephone us and we will do our best to meet it.
