After working in southern Alberta for four years, Dr. Bulger returned to Toronto and started working in the Medical Arts Building in 1981. In over 25 years of clinical practice, keeping abreast of the latest developments in dentistry and continuous improvement through taking professional development courses has always been very important to Dr. Bulger. He is a member of several professional organizations including The Toronto Crown and Bridge Study Club, Toronto Implant Study Club, Toronto Academy of Dentistry, Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, & the Academy of General Dentistry.
